PARTNER WITH NATALIE
Helping hospitality teams think like an EHO.
I’m Natalie Stanton, a Chartered Environmental Health Officer. I help food businesses understand what EHOs are really looking for.
I partner with brands that want to reach this audience in a way that feels relevant, useful and trusted.

Ways to work together.
Explore newsletter sponsorship, brand partnerships and placements in my Food Hygiene Inspection Guide and online training courses.
Reach an engaged food safety audience.

EHO Insider reaches people working in and around food businesses, from those handling food day to day to those responsible for managing teams, training and food safety compliance.
EHO Stories and the 1-Minute Food Safety Check help readers understand how inspectors think and take small, practical steps with more confidence. Sponsorship places your brand alongside those practical insights.

- Short sponsor message
- Call-to-action
- Direct link to your chosen page
The current sponsorship arrangement is one placement a month for six months, paid upfront. Two placements a month (every other week) may be possible upon request. Get in touch for availability and a proposal.

Preparing your sponsorship
I do not offer copywriting services for sponsors. You must send your copy no later than seven days before publication. I reserve the right to edit it to match the voice of the newsletter. Your copy and landing page should reflect your voice, not mine, and must not imply any involvement from me beyond the ad placement. My name, image, logo, or likeness may not appear on your landing page.
Tracking and results
UTM tracking is the sole responsibility of each sponsor. Add your parameters to your link before you send copy so you can measure performance on your end. Results aren’t guaranteed. Performance depends on your copy, your offer, your landing page and the fit with my audience.
Is your brand a good fit?
I’m interested in working with brands whose products or services are relevant and will provide value to my audience. My aim is to make every sponsorship useful for the audience as well as valuable for the brands I work with.
Tell me a little about your brand, what you’d like to promote and what you’d like to achieve. If your brand is a good fit, I’ll be in touch with availability and sponsorship options.
Put your brand in front of a food safety audience.
I work with brands to create credible, practical content that introduces products and services to an audience of food business owners, home-based food businesses, chefs and hospitality professionals.
Each collaboration is tailored around your brand, product and campaign objective, with content designed to feel useful and relevant.
Content can be created for organic social media, paid advertising or use across your own marketing channels.
Social media collaborations
Your brand, part of the conversation. Partnerships can include:
- Social media collaborations
- Product or service features
- Educational content collaborations
- Brand campaigns
- Reviews and recommendations
The format depends on your brand, your goals and what will be genuinely useful to my audience.
The process
Tell me about your brand, what you’d like to promote and what you’d like to achieve. If your brand is a good fit, we’ll discuss the best way to create a partnership that feels useful and relevant to my audience while helping you achieve your business goals.
Tracking and results
Depending on the campaign and package, I can share available performance metrics after a partnership, such as views, reach and engagement.
If you want to track website traffic or conversions, UTM tracking is the responsibility of your brand.
Results aren’t guaranteed and can vary depending on the content, offer, landing page and audience fit.
Is your brand a good fit?
I’m interested in working with brands that are relevant to hospitality, food safety, training and the people working in and running food businesses.
My aim is to create partnerships that feel useful and authentic, not like another sales pitch. If you think your brand could be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
Food Hygiene Inspection Guide
My free guide helps food businesses prepare for inspections and has been downloaded more than 1,900 times. It continues to be downloaded on a daily basis.
A dedicated page features a small number of carefully selected products and services relevant to businesses preparing for inspections. The guide is promoted through my website, newsletter and social media.

Course sponsorship
My food safety and allergen courses are filmed in real commercial kitchens, making training practical, engaging and relevant to food businesses.
A limited number of relevant brands can sponsor individual courses. Opportunities include:
- Brand presence at the beginning of the course
- Logo placement
- Clickable link alongside relevant course content
Courses are promoted through my website, newsletter and social channels.
Annual guide and course placements are available. We can discuss the right placement or a combination of courses for your brand.
We’ll agree the content, where it appears and any use in your own marketing or paid advertising before work begins.
An audience working in food and hospitality.
My audience is made up primarily of food business owners, chefs, hospitality operators, home-based food businesses, food safety professionals and Environmental Health Officers.
The businesses represented range from independent and home-based operators through to larger multi-site organisations, including NHS trusts, colleges, schools, universities, hotels and hospitality groups.
The experience behind the content.
I’m a Chartered Environmental Health Officer, content creator and founder of The Safety Expert. I draw on more than a decade of frontline experience to make food safety clearer, more practical and far less intimidating.
After years working in local government and inspecting food businesses, I now share the knowledge usually hidden behind the inspection process. Through practical food safety tips, real EHO stories and behind-the-scenes insight, I help chefs, managers and food business owners understand how inspectors think, what good practice actually looks like and how to prepare for inspections with more confidence.
My content draws on real-world experience, giving my audience an authentic look behind the curtain of environmental health.
Today, I have built an engaged community of hospitality professionals, food business owners and food safety specialists who turn to me for credible, practical tips they can actually use.

Described by the Daily Mail as one of the UK’s top food safety experts.

Labl.it · Food-labelling demonstration
See what a collaboration can look like.
Labl.it’s portable touchscreen food-label printer lets staff select saved products and print labels with automatically calculated use-by dates and stored allergen information.
I created a short-form video demonstrating the printer in a practical food business setting, showing how it works and how it can support food safety compliance.
The video was first posted on my LinkedIn account. Labl.it then used it in paid advertising across Meta, extending the content beyond my own audience.
Watch the collaboration on LinkedIn.
“The ads performed strongly for us across Meta, helping increase visibility and engagement around Labl.it, and the video content definitely gave the campaigns a more polished and credible feel compared to static ads alone.”
